Our Story

The Mount Laurel Professional Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 4408, was established in December 2004. Our union represents the full-time paid firefighters, fire officers, and support staff of the Mount Laurel Fire Department. We are dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of our members while fostering a collaborative work environment with management. Over the years, we have been instrumental in securing better working conditions, fair wages, and comprehensive benefits for our members.
