Our Story

The Mount Laurel Professional Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 4408, was established in December 2004 with a mission to represent the full-time paid firefighters, fire officers, and support staff of the Mount Laurel Fire Department. Our union is dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of our members, ensuring their safety, and fostering a collaborative work environment with management. Over the years, we have worked tirelessly to improve working conditions, secure fair wages, and provide comprehensive benefits for our members.
