About Us

The Mount Laurel Professional Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 4408, represents the full-time paid firefighters, fire officers, and support staff of the Mount Laurel Fire Department. Established in December 2004, our union is committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of our members while fostering a collaborative work environment with management. We strive to ensure that our firefighters have the necessary resources, training, and support to perform their duties safely and effectively.
